Centres interested in joining the European Network of Comprehensive Cancer Centres are invited to submit an initial expression of interest through a short form.
At this stage, we only request a limited set of institutional details. The purpose of this first step is to register your interest and allow the Secretariat to determine how the Centre may proceed in the admission process. The form will also help identify the most appropriate eligibility pathway based on your responses.
If your Centre appears eligible, you will then be contacted by the Secretariat with instructions on the next steps and on how to provide the required documentation. Additional information will be requested only later, and only when relevant to your specific pathway.
Application opens on 30/11/2025 - documents must be submitted by 28/02/2026
The interest form will guide you on the most appropriate path to join the network.
The Centre already holds a valid CCC certification under one of the following schemes: EUCCC, OECI, DKH.
The Centre is actively participating in WP4 pilot activities under the Joint Action.
The application is submitted by a Competent Authority (CA) from a country in the Joint Action where no eligible Cancer Centre currently meets the admission criteria.
If none of the above criteria apply, the Centre is not eligible to submit an Interest Form.
The Centre completes the form with institutional data, contacts, and eligibility answers. A confirmation message is displayed upon submission.
If successful, the Centre receives Candidate status and is asked to upload required documents.
The Centre uploads the Institutional Profile and Eligibility Declaration.
The Secretariat evaluates the documents. Status becomes Pending.
If approved by the Secretariat, the application moves to Pending Board Approval.
Once approved by the IMC, the Centre becomes a Regular Member. Membership is active and in good standing.
